What is Victory?

Victory is a district within the all-ages community of Verrado. You need to be at least 55 years to live in Victory, but you’ll have access to all the great things that Verrado has to offer. The amenities at Victory are created just for Victory residents and their guests.

What’s the connection with Verrado?

Verrado is a vibrant, 10-year old community with small-town charm. It has over 50 parks, a beautiful Main Street and so much more. When you live at Victory, you can take advantage of all the wonderful things to do and see at Verrado. Pick up farm-fresh groceries and fine wines at the local market. Take your kids or grandkids to the park or pool. Ride your bike through the tree-lined neighborhoods and trails. Or take a class at the Center on Main. You name it, Verrado’s got it.

How many homes are planned?

When Victory is complete, it will include approximately 3,500 homes. But only a limited number of homes are available for sale in Phase 1.  Personal choice is important, with four of the region’s best builders. Each has their own style and personality, but all fit beautifully into the small town charm you’ll find in Victory and Verrado.

When did the Victory Club open to Residents?

The Victory Club opened to its first residents in February 2016.  The Victory Club features an expansive patio, inside a friendly, wide-open floorplan with a fantastic wall of wine.  Speaking of which, we’re maybe most excited about the olive grove, herb garden, and vineyard right at the Victory Club. A real working vineyard. Experience first-crush parties, wine making classes, and plenty of opportunities for wine tasting.

When will the new golf course at Victory open for play?

The new Victory golf course, practice facilities and golf club are planned to open for play in late 2016.  Tom Lehman has come up with some ingenious “loops” that allow you to play just five, six, nine, or even 12 holes at a time. That will give you a serious golf fix, but free up your day to do all the other things you’ll love to do at Victory. But of course, if you need 18, have at it. The Victory Course is planned as a full par 72, ready whenever you are.  In the meantime, the Golf Playground at The Big Patio, and the Verrado Golf Club are open and ready for public play.

There are four lot sizes for single family homes. Most home sites will back up to open space or golf course. Expect the same tree lined streets you see in Verrado today.  Contact Rick for more details.
