What is Victory?

Victory is a district within the all-ages community of Verrado. You need to be at least 55 years to live in Victory, but you’ll have access to all the great things that Verrado has to offer. The amenities at Victory are created just for Victory residents and their guests.

What’s the connection with Verrado?

Verrado is a vibrant community with small-town charm. It has over 77 parks, a beautiful Main Street and so much more. When you live at Victory, you can take advantage of all the wonderful things to do and see at Verrado. Pick up farm-fresh groceries and fine wines at the local market. Take your kids or grandkids to the park or pool. Ride your bike through the tree-lined neighborhoods and trails. Or take a class at the Center on Main. You name it, Verrado’s got it.

How can I see Victory Homes for Sale?

Contact Rick to learn about Victory and schedule an appointment to visit the model homes from the 6 different builders as well as resale properties in the Multiple Listing Service.

How many homes are planned?

When Victory is complete, it will include approximately 3,500 homes. Personal choice is important, with multiple home builders, each has their own style and personality, but all fit beautifully into the small town charm you’ll find in Victory at Verrado.

Victory Club

The Victory Club opened to its first residents in February 2016.  The Victory Club features an expansive patio, inside a friendly, wide-open floorplan with a fantastic wall of wine.  Speaking of which, we’re maybe most excited about the olive grove, herb garden, and vineyard right at the Victory Club. A real working vineyard. Experience first-crush parties, wine making classes, and plenty of opportunities for wine tasting.

Victory Fitness Center

We’re not kidding when we say your choices in fitness are unlimited. Personal choice is what Victory is all about. Here’s a small taste:

Yoga. Zumba. Pickleball. Pilates. Tennis. TRX. Masters Swimming. Victory Trails. Bootcamp. Walking. Running. Hiking. Road biking. Mountain biking. Stretching. Balance. Free weights. Kettle bells. Stretchy bands. Stair climbers. Ellipticals. Group classes. Individual training. Private instructor training. On your own whatever you want to do training.

And don’t feel like you’re tied to Victory for all of your workouts. Victory residents have total access to all the fitness options throughout Verrado. Like the Center on Main, complete with a full fitness facility, two pools and basketball courts, the Heritage Swim Park, the running track at Verrado High School, Verrado’s 77+ parks, over 25 miles of existing paths and trails, the Verrado Founders Golf Course and  the majestic White Tank Mountain Regional Park. We think you’ll agree, Verrado is one seriously active place.

When did the new golf course at Victory open for play?

The Victory golf course, practice facilities and golf club opened for play in late 2016.  Tom Lehman came up with some ingenious “loops” that allow you to play just five, six, nine, or even 12 holes at a time. That will give you a serious golf fix, but free up your day to do all the other things you’ll love to do at Victory. But of course, if you need 18, have at it. The Victory Course is a full par 72, ready whenever you are.
